  • 23 cups beef stock (or water)

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and chop the vegetables to save time during cooking.
  2. In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
  3. Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent, about 3-5 minutes.
