A delicious and colorful beef stir-fry packed with vegetables and flavor.
Ingredients

- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 medium carrots, julienned
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch fresh ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Instructions
- Marinate the sliced beef in a mixture of soy sauce and oyster sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Sear the marinated beef in batches for about 2 minutes on each side until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Add garlic and ginger to the pan; sauté until fragrant.
- Toss in bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender-crisp (about 3–5 minutes).
- Return beef to the pan, add the sauce mixture, and stir well to coat all ingredients evenly.
- Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.
Notes
- For a spicier stir-fry, add sliced chili peppers while cooking.
- You can substitute the beef with chicken or tofu for different protein options.
