- 1 cup lukewarm milk
- 2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 2 large eggs (at room temperature)
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 4 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 3/4 teaspoons salt

- 1/3 cup softened butter
- 1 bag of frozen raspberries
- 1 lemon (zest only)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup butter (softened)
- 3 ounces cream cheese (can be cold)
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- juice of a 1/2 lemon
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
Instructions
- In a measuring cup, combine your warm milk, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and sprinkle the yeast over. Stir to combine.
- Let the mixture sit until frothy, about 5-10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, and remaining granulated sugar. Add the eggs, vegetable oil, softened butter, and the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.
- Once risen, roll out the dough and fill with raspberries and cream cheese mixture before baking.
