Delicious and easy-to-make Peanut Butter Ritz snackwiches for any occasion!
Ingredients

- 1 ½ cups butter
- 1 ½ cups brown sugar
- 2 ¼ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons Christmas sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Line 24 muffin cups with silicone liners or use a silicone muffin tray.
- Place one Ritz sandwich in each of the silicone muffin cups.
- Drop the butter into a saucepan over medium heat.
- Once the butter is melting, add the brown sugar to the pot.
- Combine butter and sugar well. Bring to a boil.
- Let boil over medium heat for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Pour the butter and sugar mixture over the Ritz sandwiches in the muffin trays.
- Place the muffin pans in the oven and bake for 7 minutes.
- Remove the pans from the oven and sprinkle a heaping tablespoon of chocolate chips on top of each cookie.
- Allow the chocolate chips to sit for a couple minutes and melt. Use the back of a spoon to spread the melted chocolate chips evenly over the top.
- Top with the Christmas sprinkles.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours and then carefully pop them out of the muffin cups.
- Serve and enjoy.
