Description

Delicious and easy-to-make Peanut Butter Ritz snackwiches for any occasion!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups butter
  • 1 ½ cups brown sugar
  • 2 ¼ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3 tablespoons Christmas sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Line 24 muffin cups with silicone liners or use a silicone muffin tray.
  3. Place one Ritz sandwich in each of the silicone muffin cups.
  4. Drop the butter into a saucepan over medium heat.
  5. Once the butter is melting, add the brown sugar to the pot.
  6. Combine butter and sugar well. Bring to a boil.
  7. Let boil over medium heat for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. Pour the butter and sugar mixture over the Ritz sandwiches in the muffin trays.
  9. Place the muffin pans in the oven and bake for 7 minutes.
  10. Remove the pans from the oven and sprinkle a heaping tablespoon of chocolate chips on top of each cookie.
  11. Allow the chocolate chips to sit for a couple minutes and melt. Use the back of a spoon to spread the melted chocolate chips evenly over the top.
  12. Top with the Christmas sprinkles.
  13. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours and then carefully pop them out of the muffin cups.
  14. Serve and enjoy.
