Description

Delicious low-carb wraps filled with savory ground beef or chicken, sautéed vegetables, and melted cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef or chicken
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1/2 cup onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Low-carb wraps or lettuce leaves for wrapping

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Sauté onions and bell peppers for 3-5 minutes until softened.
  3. Add ground beef (or chicken), season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in shredded Monterey Jack cheese until melted.
  5. Spoon the mixture onto low-carb wraps or lettuce leaves.
  6. Roll them up tightly and place seam side down on a plate. Serve warm.
