Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, ginger, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat softened butter with brown sugar until light and fluffy (about 3-4 minutes).
- Add eggs one at a time and mix in molasses until smooth.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture; stir gently until just combined.
- Scoop dough into balls, roll in granulated sugar, and place on prepared sheets.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are set but centers remain soft. Allow cooling before transferring to wire racks.
