- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by chopping garlic and zesting lemons.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper, then sear until golden brown on both sides (about 6-7 minutes per side) until cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the pan; add halved potatoes and cook until golden brown and fork-tender (approximately 10 minutes).
- Lower the heat, add minced garlic, and cook until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- Stir in heavy cream, chicken broth, lemon juice, and zest; simmer until thickened.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, nestling it among the potatoes.
- Cook together for another 5 minutes to meld flavors.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving hot.
