- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas
- 2 tablespoons harissa paste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
- In a bowl, combine chickpeas, harissa paste, olive oil, cumin, and salt.
- Toss until the chickpeas are well coated.
- Spread the chickpeas on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- For extra crunch, ensure chickpeas are dried well before baking.
- Adjust the amount of harissa paste for desired spiciness.
