Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

- for decoration Sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Gradually blend into dry ingredients without overmixing.
- Roll dough to about ½ inch thick on a floured surface and cut out rings using a donut cutter or two round cookie cutters. Place on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden brown. Cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
- Mix powdered sugar with milk and food coloring for the glaze. Dip cooled donuts in glaze and sprinkle toppings.
Notes
- Ensure the donuts are completely cooled before glazing to prevent the glaze from melting.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
