Description

Delicious cornmeal muffins that are easy to make and perfect for breakfast or a snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup yellow cornmeal
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Spray muffin tins with non stick spray.
  3. This recipe will make 12 muffins.
  4. Combine all ingredients into a bowl. Stir well.
  5. Pour into your prepared muffin tins.
  6. Bake for about 10 minutes or until beginning to brown.
  7. Allow to cool, and then cut. Serve with our Homemade butter recipe.
