Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (toasted)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary (finely chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Lightly grease an oven-safe baking dish with nonstick spray or olive oil.
  3. In a bowl, mix cranberries, walnuts, honey, and rosemary.
  4. Score the top of the Brie in a crisscross pattern.
  5. Spoon the cranberry mixture generously onto the Brie.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until gooey.
