- 8 ounces penne or rotini pasta (cooked separately)

Instructions
- Layer the Base: In your slow cooker, add the chicken breasts, diced onions, garlic, crushed tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes (if using), and chicken broth. Give it a quick stir to combine all the ingredients.
- Let the Magic Happen: Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is fully cooked and tender enough to shred with a fork.
- Shred the Chicken: Remove the chicken breasts from the crock pot and use two forks to shred them into bite-sized pieces. Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker.
- Make It Creamy: Stir in the half and half, cubed cream cheese, shredded parmesan, and mozzarella cheese. Stir well until the cheeses melt and everything is fully incorporated into a luscious, creamy broth. Let it cook for another 15–20 minutes to fully blend.
- Add the Pasta: Cook your pasta separately on the stove until just al dente, then stir it into the soup right before serving. This keeps the pasta from getting mushy during the long cooking time.
- Garnish and Serve: Ladle the soup into bowls and garnish with fresh parsley or extra parmesan if desired. Serve with a slice of warm bread or garlic toast for dipping.
