- 2 lbs sweet potatoes
- 0 cup unsalted butter

- 2 tbsp brown sugar

Instructions
- Peel and chop the sweet potatoes into even chunks.
- Place them in a large pot, cover with water, and boil for 15-20 minutes until fork-tender.
- Drain well and return to the pot to release excess moisture.
- Add butter, cream, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla extract.
- Mash until smooth using a potato masher or hand mixer.
