Description

Delicious fried egg rolls filled with ground beef and cheese, perfect for a snack or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook ground beef and onions over medium heat until fully browned.
  2. Drain excess grease, then add pickles, mustard, ketchup, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Stir in shredded cheese and mix until melted.
  4. Place a spoonful of the mixture onto an egg roll wrapper and roll tightly.
  5. Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C) and fry the egg rolls until golden brown.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
