Description

Delicious and spicy Bang Bang Chicken Thighs, cooked to perfection in the air fryer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 3/4 tablespoon Sriracha sauce (use more if you like it spicy)
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Add all sauce ingredients into a small bowl and mix to combine.
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and place in a medium bowl. Add 1/4 cup of the prepared sauce, paprika, garlic powder and salt. Mix to combine. (Refrigerate remaining sauce until serving time)
  3. Preheat air fryer to 380°F.
  4. When hot, place chicken thighs, smooth side down into the air fryer basket and cook for 6 minutes.
  5. Use kitchen tongs to flip the chicken over, and cook for an additional 6-8 minutes on the second side, or until chicken is cooked through and deep golden in color.
  6. Serve with the bang bang sauce!

  • Make sure to pat the chicken dry for better crispiness.
  • Adjust Sriracha sauce according to your spice preference.
