Description

Delicious and easy ramen noodle stir fry with fresh vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 200g ramen noodles
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili paste
  • 1 cup bok choy, chopped
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  3. Add vegetable broth, tahini, soy sauce, and chili paste. Stir well.
  4. Add bok choy and carrots. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  5. Combine noodles with the sauce and vegetables. Mix well.
  6. Serve in bowls, topped with green onions and sesame seeds.
