Ingredients

- 2 cups leftover or prepared stuffing
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup finely diced onion (optional)
- 1/4 cup finely diced celery (optional)
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, sage, or thyme
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place stuffing in a large bowl. If dry, drizzle with broth and stir to moisten.
- Add diced onion and celery if using. Stir in melted butter.
- Add eggs to the mixture and mix well until fully combined.
- Scoop into balls using a cookie scoop or hands, about golf ball size.
- Arrange on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and firm to the touch.
- (Optional) For extra crispiness, pan-sear the baked balls in a skillet with a little butter or oil.
- Serve warm with gravy, cranberry sauce, or your favorite dip.

- These stuffing balls can be frozen before baking for later use.
