Instructions
- Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture:
In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. - Assemble the Sandwiches:
Spread a generous amount of cream cheese mixture on one slice of bread.
Add a layer of sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese.
Spread strawberry jam on another slice of bread and place it on top to form a sandwich.
Repeat for the remaining sandwiches. - Cook the Sandwiches:
Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and add butter.
Once the butter is melted and bubbling, place the sandwiches in the skillet.
Grill each side for about 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. - Finish and Serve:
