Description

Delicious roasted baby carrots seasoned with ranch for a flavorful side dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound Baby Carrots
  • 1 pkg Ranch Seasoning Mix
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Parsley Leaves (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and spray a baking sheet with a non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Place the carrots on a single layer on the baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil on top and then sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix over the carrots.
  4. Toss the carrots to coat them in the oil and seasoning.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the carrots are tender.
  6. Then top with the fresh parsley and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, consider adding a pinch of cayenne pepper.
  • Make sure the carrots are evenly spaced for even roasting.
