Delicious roasted baby carrots seasoned with ranch for a flavorful side dish.

- 1 pound Baby Carrots
- 1 pkg Ranch Seasoning Mix
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Fresh Parsley Leaves (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and spray a baking sheet with a non-stick cooking spray.
- Place the carrots on a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Drizzle the olive oil on top and then sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix over the carrots.
- Toss the carrots to coat them in the oil and seasoning.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the carrots are tender.
- Then top with the fresh parsley and enjoy!
Notes
- For a spicy kick, consider adding a pinch of cayenne pepper.
- Make sure the carrots are evenly spaced for even roasting.
