Ingredients

  • 100g pepperoni slices
  • 150g mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup canned corn, drained
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Boil the penne pasta in salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Assemble the Skewers: Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). In a bowl, toss the cooked pasta with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Thread the pasta onto the skewers, alternating with pepperoni slices, olives, and corn.
  3. Add Sauce and Cheese: Place the skewers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spoon pizza sauce over the skewers and sprinkle generously with mozzarella cheese.
  4. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Serve: Remove from the oven and serve warm.
