- 100g pepperoni slices
- 150g mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup canned corn, drained
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Boil the penne pasta in salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Assemble the Skewers: Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). In a bowl, toss the cooked pasta with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Thread the pasta onto the skewers, alternating with pepperoni slices, olives, and corn.
- Add Sauce and Cheese: Place the skewers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spoon pizza sauce over the skewers and sprinkle generously with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve: Remove from the oven and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add Italian seasoning or crushed red pepper flakes to the pizza sauce before assembling.
- Feel free to add other toppings like green bell peppers or mushrooms to the skewers for more variety.
- Soak the skewers in water for 20 minutes before using them to prevent burning.
