A delicious and easy appetizer featuring melted mozzarella, pepperoni, and marinara sauce for dipping.

- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 12 mini pepperoni slices
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spoon small mounds of shredded mozzarella onto the parchment, flattening them slightly into 2-inch circles spaced 1 inch apart.
- Top each cheese mound with one or two mini pepperoni slices, sprinkle with Italian seasoning, Parmesan, and red pepper flakes if using.
- Bake for 6 to 8 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and edges are golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 2 minutes on the tray to crisp up.
- Serve immediately with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
- These bites are best served fresh out of the oven for maximum cheesiness.
- Feel free to adjust the amount of red pepper flakes according to your spice preference.
