  • 1 package mini phyllo shells (about 1520 shells)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Heat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the Filling: In a medium bowl, combine the chopped pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until thoroughly combined.
  3. Fill the Shells: Place the mini phyllo shells on a baking sheet. Spoon the pecan mixture into each shell, filling them almost to the top.
  4. Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the filling is set and the tops are golden brown.
  5. Cool: Remove from the oven and allow to cool on a wire rack.
