- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
- In another bowl, cream the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy (about three minutes).
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture on low speed until just incorporated.
- Gently fold in the white chocolate chips and raspberries.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean from the center.
- Allow cooling before cutting into squares.
Notes
- These bars are best served chilled.
- You can substitute other berries if desired.
