Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
  3. In another bowl, cream the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy (about three minutes).
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract until well combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture on low speed until just incorporated.
  6. Gently fold in the white chocolate chips and raspberries.
