- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 3 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Water (as needed)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
- Spread the seasoned cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- While roasting, whisk together tahini, lemon juice, water (to thin), salt, and pepper in a small bowl until smooth.
- Once roasted, let the cauliflower cool slightly before drizzling with tahini sauce.
