- 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 teaspoons fresh thyme, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, whole

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Rinse the chicken under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
- Rub olive oil all over the chicken and season generously with salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme.
- Stuff the cavity with lemon wedges and garlic cloves.
