Instructions

- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Gradually mix in flour combined with baking powder and salt, alternating with buttermilk until just combined.
- Stir in vanilla extract, then pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
