Instructions

  3. In another bowl, cream softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add egg and molasses; mix until well combined.
  5. Gradually incorporate dry ingredients into wet mixture until a dough forms; knead gently if needed.
  6. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  7. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
