Description
Delicious and easy-to-make Garlic Butter Beef Cheeseburger Rollups that are perfect for any gathering or family dinner.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Cook the beef filling – Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. As it cooks, break it apart with a spoon. Stir in minced garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Prepare the dough – Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle. This step reminds me of preparing cinnamon rolls—simple, relaxing, and a little nostalgic.
- Add the filling – Spread the cooked beef mixture evenly across the dough. Sprinkle shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the top so every bite will have that irresistible melt.
- Roll and slice – Carefully roll the dough into a tight log, starting from the long side. Slice the log into even rounds to form the rollups.
- Arrange and bake – Place the rollups cut-side up in a greased baking dish. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 18–20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Add garlic butter – While the rollups bake, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and chopped parsley. As soon as the Garlic Butter Beef Cheeseburger Rollups come out of the oven, brush the tops generously with the garlic butter mixture.
Notes
- The warm butter soaks into the rolls and creates that rich, savory finish that makes them impossible to resist.
