Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini cake or muffin pan.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients:
    In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. Cream the Butter and Sugar:
