Description

Delicious chicken and cheese wraps that are easy to make and perfect for lunch or dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  2. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  4. Remove chicken from the skillet and shred it.
  5. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, minced garlic, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese.
  6. Lay out tortillas and evenly distribute the chicken mixture onto each one.
  7. Roll the tortillas tightly into wraps.
  8. Brush each wrap with melted butter.
  9. Heat a clean skillet over medium heat and cook each wrap for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!
