Ingredients

- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (about 30g)
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup or honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, protein powder, maple syrup or honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Spoon the mixture into individual cups or bowls.
- Top with chopped nuts if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
